Summer is here, the British weather may not reflect it but it is here! So here's a quick, simple and flexible recipe to keep the summer vibes going! Smoothie bowls are a great way to cool down in the heat and an easy way to get your fruit intake. You can also easily add different seeds, fruits etc. The majority of the ingredients are from Indigo Herbs, which you can have a chance of winning by entering my giveaway, keep reading to find out more!

Smoothie Bowl
Frozen banana 1/2
Frozen berries 150g
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Coconut milk/water 200ml

Banana (sliced)
Flax seeds (optional)
Hemp seeds (optional)
Goji Berries (optional)
Cacao nibs (optional)

Serves 2, 5 mins prep time

Step 1. Put the coconut milk, powder, banana, berries, coconut oil and date in a blender and blend until it reaches it smooth yet thick consistency. 
Step 2. Add your choice of toppings and get creative with it!

Tip: Slice the banana before putting it in the freezer, it will be easier to blend.
