NutriPlan Silver is a 28 day detox consisting of natural products to promote a nutritious cleanse. It's a very organised detox which each wallet containing everything you need to kick start a detox, including acai berry shakes, chinese black tea, lean green shakes, matcha tea, spirulina capsules, raspberry ketones and superfood capsules. I love taking the capsules as it literally takes 5 seconds to take them and it doesn't take long until your body absorbs the nutrients. The 'Lean Green' shake is my favourite, you have to add a few ingredients to it but overall it ends up tasting like a banana smoothie which I love. I wasn't a fan of the matcha tea at first, but my tastebuds adjusted and now I love it!? You don't have to have a diet when doing this detox as it is able to target the liver, kidneys and fat stores to flush out the toxins. This makes it perfect for everyone as you don't need to change anything, just add to your diet.

Dirty Velvet are a rather unique brand that I have featured on my blog once before. Their Spring/Summer catalogue is available here. I received their Party Animals and Get Well Soon T Shirts. I got mine in a large so they're ideal for lounging around in.

The Party Animals top is only £26.95 and the design, obviously, features a group of animals partying; a polar bear with a boombox, a panda with a cocktail and a bear in a top hat, whats not to love?? 

The Get Well Soon top is my favourite, £26.95. The designs are so creative and twist the typical modern day views. The fabrics they're made of are of a high quality produced from 100% organic cotton.

Valentine's day is in 4 days! House of Watches have an amazing collection of watches, I have purchased from them before. I've recently been gifted a Sekonda Seksy Watch. This would make a perfect gift for someone this valentine's, or even a present to treat yourself. The watch feature a genuine leather burgendy strap and sort of rose gold features. The dial on the right of the face has a jewel on it which I thought was a prettu touch. It has a very minimal, modern feel which I love with my accessories. It somes in a variety of colours so if you like the look but there's another colour you have in mind, take a look at their site. 

Perfect Valentines Gift

Valentine's is coming up and jewellery is always a perfect gift. The Jewel Hut is the home of beautiful designer jewellery and have gifted me a lovely Pandora bracelet and charm! The silver heart clasp bracelet is £55 and fits me perfectly, I asked for a 17cm as my wrist is 16cm, allowing some extra room. It's easy to clasp and the heart is so pretty, perfect for valentine's! Flower Studio Review

Many occasions call for a beautiful bouquet of flowers, whether it be valentine's day, mothers day or even a birthday, Flower Studio has you covered. Their store features numerous bouquets from spring to luxury and valentines to birthdays. I received a bouquet featuring white tulips, daffodils and purple hyacinths. They arrived in a big box with a vase and flower food. 

The vase that is included is so pretty, it's something I would buy myself. Initially, the ribbon was a red plaid but I swapped it for the white ribbon that was tied around the bouquet itself to match the flowers. I filled the vase halfway with water, poured in the flower food and got arranging. I love rearranging flowers so I can create my own look. I took out the daffodils and gave them to my sister as she loves those flowers. 

This is what they looked like once I sorted them out in my preference. I love the spring flowers I was gifted, they look really pretty and smell amazing. They're blooming great and opening up well. This time of year is perfect to gift someone flowers as valentine's is on its way.

 

#BLOGMAS DAY 7 // Christmas Garden Centre

This Christmas head over to your local garden centres. Garden centres near me are full of lots of christmas decorations, lights and trees. 

This place is so big and there's plenty of products to choose from. Everything is conveniently stored in colour schemes, making it easier to find just what you need.

This year we're going for a silver and white theme and wanted to find some unique decorations for the tree. Summer houses were placed around the building, filled with a variety of decorations. 

Something I really loved was the realistic looking light up trees, they also placed them outside which made them look realistic. They glow brightly and look amazing when it's foggy.

There were also lots of plants, christmas trees and huge wreaths.
